A few weeks ago we decided to take Miles out to his first social event, our friend Jeremy's 30th birthday party. Luckily it was a family friendly bbq at an actual house....phew! As long as I had a place to nurse him and change him we were good to go. Miles was pretty content in the beginning but started to get fussy. We did a quick change and I nursed him (just as planned) after that he was a miracle baby. Literally he slept for the next 5 hours straight while we gabbed and chatted with old friends. I was pretty shocked but very happy. It felt good to be OUT and social for once AND have my beautiful baby with me. House party, check!
